NHMP Seminar Highlights Road Safety Among Motorists

SHEIKHUPURA– Courteous dealing with commuters is hallmark of Motorway Police which will be adhered at all costs, said Commandant National Highways Motorway Police DIG Mehboob Aslam in a Road Safety Seminar held at NHMP Training College Sheikhupura.

The seminar was attended by people from all walks of life, a number of media persons and officers of Motorway Police.

Renowned intellectual, Sufi thinker and anchorperson Syed Bilal Qutab participated in the Road Safety Seminar organized by NHMP Training College as guest speaker.

Addressing the audience, Syed Bilal Qutab said that Motorway Police exemplary department which has earned fame throughout the country by its courteous dealing and public service.

He advised officers of Motorway police to adhere with core values of the department and deal even the harsh commuters with politeness as it is Sunnah of our Holy Prophet PBUH.

He further said that the duty of Motorway police is a source of honest earning and pious act too.

On this occasion Commandant NHMP Training College DIG Mehboob Aslam said that Motorway Police will always use all its resources to spread awareness about road safety and traffic rules among masses.

He further said that NHMP Training College not only focuses on physical fitness of the trainees but cultivation of their moral values is also our top priority.

The object of the department is that the officers trained from this college must serve commuters with courtesy and devotion.
