LAHORE– The City Traffic Police Lahore and the Defence Housing Authority Lahore Tuesday signed an agreement to upgrade the driving licensing testing centre situated in K Block.
Chief Traffic Officer Captain (retired) Liaqat Ali Malik and Secretary DHA Lahore retired colonel Sajid Javed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
It was also agreed to set up a service centre at the head-office of DHA in Phase 6 in second phase to facilitate the elderly citizens and women for driving licenses, police character certificates, missing reports and etc.
A standard waiting area will be the part of the new arrangements.
SSP Liaqat Ali Malik speaking on the occasion said the CTPL is currently providing learning permit and driving license facilities at 18 designated centres besides two mobile vans.— PRESS RELEASE
