Rs15 Million Scam Surfaces in Okara Education Department

LAHORE MIRROR – The Accountant, Muhammad Faraz, has disclosed a mega corruption scam amounting to Rs 15 million within the Education Department of Okara District. He made this revelation during a press conference held on Sunday.

In a shocking revelation, the Education Department of District Okara has become embroiled in one of the largest corruption scandals in history, implicating the CEO of Education Okara, according to the sources.

During a press conference, Muhammad Faraz, an accountant employed in the CEO Education Office, came forward with startling revelations supported by evidence. Dr Arshad, who has also had four marriages, he added.

Faraz claimed, “CEO Dr Arshad was involved in embezzlement amounting to 30 crore rupees and exerted pressure on me by using coercion and blackmail.”

“Dr Arshad transferred the ill-gotten funds to my account and subsequently moved 1 crore 50 lakh rupees from my account to those of his wife, children, relatives, and friends,” added Faraz.

He further disclosed that 20 lakh rupees were withdrawn from the official account, and an amount of 7 lakh 20 thousand rupees, designated for Naat and Karat competitions, was also withdrawn with falsified signatures.

Faraz provided video evidence showing that air-conditioners, furniture, batteries, and a water dispenser were loaded onto a truck from the CEO’s Education office and taken to Dr. Arshad’s residence.

Additionally, he alleged that free Next Books and New Course materials were sold at various shops in Okara, backed by video evidence.

“Dr Arshad left no stone unturned in looting during his deployment in Sahiwal district and withdrew 55 lakh rupees from the government account through forgery,” Faraz stated.

Faraz claimed that he was blackmailed and threatened into compliance due to his vulnerable financial situation.

Notably, the CEO of Education Okara, Dr Arshad, was already under investigation for corruption involving crores of rupees by anti-corruption authorities.

Faraz revealed, “Dr Arshad threatened me by asserting his connections with ADCR Tahir Amin, his high-level relations, and close meetings with DC Okara. He insisted that no officer could harm him.”

Muhammad Faraz, the accountant, has appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Army Chief, the Chief Justice, and the Chief Minister of Punjab for protection.

He has also urged them to take stringent action against the corrupt CEO of Education Dr Arshad and to recover all misappropriated funds, depositing them into the national treasury.
