Punjab: Secretary, DG Local Govt Discuss New Strategies with Registration Clerks, Secretaries UCs

LAHORE– Punjab Secretary Local Government and Community Development Noorul Amin Mengal and Director General Local Government Kauser Khan on Tuesday addressed the registration clerks and secretary union councils.
The field staff was given a clear cut message to facilitate the public. Both the officers made it clear that there would be zero tolerance towards malpractices. The participants were briefed about working under new SOPs.
The secretary assured to further simplify the birth/death registration process and link the hospitals with registration process.
