Hazrat Hussain (RA) Chehlum Concluded Peacefully in Lahore Amid Tight Police Security

LAHORE– Amid tight security measures, Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) Chehlum was concluded peacefully in Lahore on late Tuesday.

Main procession which started from Hawali Alaf Shah at 8am, peacefully concluded at Karbala Gamay Shah.

Capital City Police Officer Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, DIG Operations Muhammad Sohail Ch, the Deputy Commissioner Lahore and all officers remained present till the end at Karbala Gamay Shah.

Tonight the gathering was perhaps the largest ever in the history of Lahore which could be seen in pictures and videos.

Lahore police provided foolproof security for the event for which more than 6,000 force and officers were deployed.
