LAHORE– The 13th syndicate meeting was held under the supervision of Health Minister Punjab Dr. Yasmin Rashid at Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU) on Tuesday.
Vice Chancellor FJMU Prof. Dr. Aamir Zaman Khan, Vice Chancellor University of Health Sciences Dr. Javed Akram, Dr. Amjad Saqib, MS Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Dr. Fayyaz Butt, MS Government Mozang Teaching Hospital, Member of Punjab Assembly Umul Baneen, Vice Chancellor LUMS, Finance Department, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education, Higher Education, Bank of Punjab, Aal-e-Imran and representatives of different departments were present.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid took presentation about design and all other matters of new state of the art Mother & Child Healthcare Hospital.
Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid has said on the occasion that state of the art ICO in new Mother & Child Healthcare Hospital will be constructed to ensure the mother and child health.
Operation theaters of latest technology will also be designed. New auditorium will be constructed in FJMU. Installation of new tube-well in FJMU is also approved to ensure the supply of clean water.
Post for storekeeper was approved in the meeting. Construction of new hostel in Government Mozang Teaching Hospital is also approved. Approval of new initiatives to ensure the cleanliness in the university and allied hospitals was also done. University will be converted into solar energy.
She further said that last corrupt government gifted us the loans of 100 billions.
“We are trying to convert all government hospitals on solar energy. Visit of MS in hospital can bring change in the hospitals. Mariyam Bibi is only busy in “Abba Bachao” campaign.”— PRESS HANDOUT
