UVAS Secures Four Research Projects Worth Rs 81 Million from PARB

LAHORE MIRROR – Faculty members at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) in Lahore have secured four research projects valued at Rs 81 million, from the Punjab Agriculture Research Board (PARB).

According to the press release issued here on Wednesday, four faculty members representing different departments and campuses of UVAS have been recognized for their contributions.

They include Professor Dr. Muhammad Fiaz Qamar (Principal, CVAS-Jhang), Dr. Arfan Ahmed (University Diagnostic Lab), Dr. Rahat Naseer (Institute of Biochemistry & Biotechnology), and Dr. Jibran Hussain (Department of Poultry Production), all of whom have successfully obtained competitive research grants totaling Rs 81 million.

These grants were awarded following a rigorous selection process involving multiple rounds and presentations.

UVAS Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Nasim, extended his congratulations to the faculty members and expressed his best wishes for the successful completion of these projects.
