KARACHI– On the direction of Sindh Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, the Local Government Department has launched anti-malaria and dengue spray campaign.
Giving details in this regard, Local Government Secretary Roshan Ali Sheikh said that orders have been issued to all DMCs, MCs and Town Committees including KMC to immediately conduct anti-malaria and spray campaign for dengue.
The decision was made on an emergency basis to ensure the safety of human lives. According to Roshan Ali Sheikh, disinfectant spray campaign has been going on for the last several days in all areas under the auspices of Sindh Local Government Department to eradicate caruna and sanitation activities are also being carried out.
The Secretary Local Government Sindh said that the Sindh Local Government Department has completed the public service and welfare projects in a better way than other provinces, which is definitely due to the tireless work of Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah.
Since then, the lifestyle of the people of the province has been improving. The Sindh Local Bodies Secretary clarified that the performance of anti-dengue and malaria spray campaign has been directed to be submitted on daily basis and the request for spraying can also be noted on the number 1093 set up for the convenience of the people–PRESS RELEASE
