Taking to Twitter, he wrote that being the city police chief he will try his best to keep public centred approach with doors open for everyone.

“Focus shall be public service delivery and prompt police response on crime calls, he further said in the tweet. Mr Rana asked the citizens to tag @cpoMultan account for redressal of any grievance about the Multan Police.
SSP Mansoorul Haq Rana, who belongs to the 29th Common, has served the Punjab and Gilgit Baltistan Police at several positions in the past.
