LAHORE –General Secretary of the Public Relations Practitioner Welfare Association (PRPWA), Karamat Ali, has announced his resignation from the position, citing repeated personal targeting and inappropriate behaviour as key reasons.
In his statement, Karamat Ali said he had served the association for several years with sincerity and dedication, initially without holding any office and later as the elected General Secretary. He highlighted that he managed member registrations, documentation, and all administrative tasks through his personal effort and resources, purely in the spirit of service to the organization and without any personal interest.
He added that despite facing financial sacrifices, personal challenges, and harsh attitudes, he always prioritized the dignity and stability of the association. However, due to persistent undue criticism, he felt it was no longer possible to continue in his role.
Karamat Ali further clarified that while he would not take part in any future responsibilities or electoral processes, he would remain available to assist with organizational files, records, or guidance if required.
