LAHORE MIRROR — In a shocking incident, a first information report (FIR) has been filed against Civil Judge Asim Hafeez and his wife at the Hamak Police Station in Islamabad.

According to the media reports, the case was registered by the victim’s father, Manga Khan, after his 14-year-old daughter Rizwana, who worked as a domestic worker at the residence of the civil judge, was found badly wounded.

According to the FIR, Rizwana was sent to work at Civil Judge Asim Hafeez’s residence through a relative, Chaudhry Mukhtar. Her salary was fixed at Rs10,000 per month, and she occasionally spoke to her parents over the phone through the judge’s wife, Saumya.

Two days ago, when the victim’s parents went to visit her, they discovered her locked in a room with visible injury marks on her body, face, and arm. Rizwana revealed that she was subjected to daily torture by the judge’s wife.

Rizwana’s father immediately took her back to their home in Sargodha and admitted her to a hospital. Due to the severity of her condition, she was later transferred to a hospital in Lahore. The father is seeking justice for his daughter, who he claims has been brutally tortured.

The Islamabad police are actively working to arrest the suspects, and the case will be thoroughly investigated. The authorities have emphasized that everyone is equal under the law, and all legal procedures will be followed.

Civil Judge Denies Allegations Against His Wife

In a surprising turn of events, Civil Judge Asim Hafeez has denied the allegations against his wife. He claims that the girl was not tortured by his wife but by her own mother. According to him, Rizwana had been staying with them since December 2022 and did not want to return home due to fear of her mother.

The judge asserted that he has never believed in violence and alleged that the girl had been eating soil mixed with manure, which caused an infection in her, resulting in the marks on her face. He further stated that the head injuries were not visible as she used to wear a scarf.

The case has become increasingly complex, and investigations are ongoing to uncover the truth behind this disturbing incident.
