In the final of the Hong Kong Sixes, Pakistan defeated Kuwait by 43 runs to win the title.
According to details, Kuwait won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first. Pakistan scored 135 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted 6 overs.
Captain Abbas Afridi scored 52 runs before retiring hurt. Abdul Samad made 42, Khawaja Nafi 22, and Shahid Aziz was out without scoring.
Maaz Sadaqat remained not out with 10 runs, while Muhammad Shehzad was not out on 4 runs.
While chasing the target, Kuwait’s team was all out for 92 runs. Meet Bhavsar scored 33 and Adnan Idrees made 30 runs.
From Pakistan, Maaz Sadaqat took 3 wickets, while Muhammad Shehzad, Abbas Afridi, and Abdul Samad took one wicket each.
