What Does Bushra Iqbal Reveal About Aamir Liaquat’s Divorce and His Elogium?

LAHORE MIRROR – Bushra Iqbal, the former first wife of the late renowned TV host Aamir Liaquat, has shed light on the reasons behind their divorce and the contents of his will.

During an interview, Bushra Iqbal, the TV host and Aamir Liaquat’s former spouse, disclosed that Aamir Liaquat had expressed his wish not to undergo an autopsy on several occasions during his life.

Bushra Iqbal revealed, “Aamir Liaquat had repeatedly mentioned in his life that if something were to happen to him, an autopsy should not be conducted. While my children and I faced criticism for not pursuing the autopsy after Aamir Liaquat’s passing, we honored his wishes as outlined in his will.”

Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife further clarified that there were no significant issues between them that led to their divorce. Both Aamir Liaquat and she had not desired a divorce, but the pressure to separate came from Aamir’s ex-second wife, Tubi Anwar.

Bushra Iqbal elaborated, “Aamir Liaquat continued to meet his children and maintain contact with them, including Dua Aamir and Ahmed, up until the very end. Tuba Anwar did not approve of this and consistently pressured Aamir Liaquat to sever these ties.”
