LAHORE MIRROR — Imam-ul-Haq’s Unbeaten 50 Leads Pakistan to Thrilling Test Victory Against Sri Lanka in Galle  On Thursday, Pakistan secured a remarkable triumph over Sri Lanka in the first Test, taking a 1-0 lead in the two-match series in Galle.

Imam-ul-Haq, the opening batter, played a heroic innings, remaining unbeaten on 50, as Pakistan achieved a thrilling four-wicket victory on the final day of the opening Test.

With a target of 131 runs for victory, Pakistan began the day at 48-3 and faced some tense moments, losing three more wickets, including skipper Babar Azam who scored 24. However, they managed to reach the target during the first session of play, clinching the lead in the series.

The second Test is set to commence in Colombo on Monday, promising more excitement and intense cricketing action.
