KSA Will Deliver Pakistan Oil On Deferred Payment Valuing US$250 Million Monthly

LAHORE MIRROR (Monitoring Desk)–  Pakistan will receive oil worth US dollar 250 million on deferred payment from Saudi Arabia, said spokesperson of Finance Division Dr Khaqan Najeeb.

Talking to a private news channel, he said all is set to sign the agreement to get oil on deferred payment during the visit of Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman.

He said Pakistan has already received US3 billion for balance of payment.

‘Visit to boost country’s economy’

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri has said the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman will further strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries.

Talking to state news channel, he said the visit would also boost the country’s economy as 15 to 16 billion dollars worth Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) are expected to be signed between the two friendly countries.

He said Saudi Arabia had always supported Pakistan in difficult times while Pakistan reciprocated the same way.
