Karachi Unites Helplines of Emergency 1122 and Madadgar 15 to Enhance Response

LAHORE MIRROR — In a bid to bolster the city’s emergency response capabilities and ensure the safety of its residents, Sindh Police’s Madadgar-15 and Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (SERS) 1122 have united their efforts.

Under this strategic partnership, seven police mobiles and ambulances will be stationed across the seven districts of Karachi, forming rapid response teams to swiftly attend to emergencies and provide immediate assistance.

Both organizations have also set up dedicated help desks at each other’s call centers, operating round the clock for streamlined communication.

As part of this initiative, the helplines of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) and the firefighting department will also be integrated into the scheme.

This collaborative effort was announced during a high-level meeting at the SSU headquarters, with representatives from both Madadgar-15 and SERS 1122 present, signaling a significant step forward in ensuring a safer and more secure Karachi.
