LAHORE MIRROR — Hyundai has introduced an innovative twist to attract potential car buyers with an upcoming test drive event.

The event is set to take place at Tim Hortons in DHA Phase – 6, Lahore, where Hyundai has teamed up with the renowned international coffee brand to offer complimentary coupons to participants.

During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to test drive a range of Hyundai models, including the Elantra, Sonata, Tucson, and Staria. The event is scheduled to run from September 9 to 10, with test drives available between 03:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Excitement Builds for a New SUV

Recent sightings of the fourth-generation Hyundai Santa Fe in the northern regions of Pakistan have sparked anticipation. Interestingly, two units of the crossover SUV were spotted on location, accompanied by a camera crew.

The chosen location for this sighting was the Deosai Plains in Skardu, Gilgit Baltistan, reportedly selected by Hyundai for a teaser or trailer shoot. These developments suggest that the company is preparing to launch a locally assembled version of the SUV in the near future.

A Strategic Move in the Auto Market

Until recently, the Santa Fe was available in Pakistan only in its Completely Built-Up (CBU) form, which came with a hefty price tag, limiting its sales potential. Hyundai’s strategy now includes the introduction of a locally assembled version to compete with other prominent SUVs in the market, such as the Kia Sorento, Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, and Changan Oshan X7.
