FAISALABAD– Faisalabad police got the possession of a proclaimed offender after he was taken into custody by FIA officials with red warrants at Multan Airport on Saturday.
Accused Sajjad Ahmad, a proclaimed offender in FIR 279/2017 dated 23.07.2017 u/s 302, 109, 148, 149 PPC of PS Balochni Faisalabad, had arrived on Salam Air Flight OV 311 at Multan Airport and was taken into custody by FIA Immigration staff as red warrants were issued against him on the request of Faisalabad police.
According to City Police Officer Faisalabad Captain (retired) Muhammad Sohail Ch, a campaign of getting wanted accused from abroad is in full swing.
