Enforcement: Commissioner Asif Bilal Decides to Place MCL Inspectors in LPC
LAHORE– Commissioner Lahore Division/Administrator Municipal Corporation Lahore Asif Bilal Lodhi has decided to give Enforcement Inspectors of MCL to the Lahore Parking Company to regularize and solve the issue of LPC enforcement matters.
He directed the MCL to prepare by-laws for private and illegal parking stands in the metropolis, saying the inspectors would work under the umbrella of LPC.
Chairing a meeting regarding the Lahore Parking Company (LPC) issues, he said to make comprehensive, by-laws must be made public before finalizing those to get objections from all corners.
Asif Bilal made it clear that private legal parking places of commercial plazas and shops would be exempted from enforcement.
He said private run parking stands must be regularized under the license issued by MCL.
