RAWALPINDI– City Police Officer Captain (retired) Muhammad Faisal Rana held police court at the Police Lines Rawalpindi and issued his first regular policy statement to the entire police formation.
All SSPs, SPs, SDPOs, SHOs, and members of Dolphin Squad, Elite Police and Traffic attended the court.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rana said he felt honored while leading Rawalpindi police and getting best team, but the reality is that public have certain reservations about police. Police officers need to change their behaviour.
“Any citizen visiting the police station to seek help should not return empty-handed. Field police must extend courteous behaviour to the complainants while showing discipline”, he said.
Mr Rana asked the SHOs to ensure fearless atmosphere for visitors who leave the police stations with utmost satisfaction.
“If you solve the immediate problem of any complainant he/she will depart with lot of prayers and good wishes for the police department”, the CPO further said to the SHOs.
Later, the CPO listened to the problems taken up by officers and officials and issued on spot orders for speedy resolution.–LAHORE MIRROR REPORT
