LAHORE MIRROR – Brad Pitt’s custody of his children under 18 from ex-wife Angelina Jolie is at risk after a tumultuous seven-year legal battle. Despite this, the Hollywood actor has reportedly been confiding in his friends that he considers himself the victor in this ordeal due to gaining full control of Chateau Miraval, according to a report by In Touch Weekly.

It appears that the Fight Club star holds no remorse about relinquishing custody of his offspring, which includes Shiloh (17) and the 14-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. This is because he is acquiring ownership of his cherished French winery in exchange.

Regarding the recent developments in the ongoing legal dispute between the former couple, an insider disclosed that their divorce has reached its “final” stage. They came to an agreement to settle both the winery and custody issues. The couple, who are also parents to Maddox (22), Pax (19), and Zahara (18), are said to have arrived at this decision after arduous and “excruciating” negotiations.

As per the report, Jolie is expected to maintain primary custody of the three minors under 18, while Pitt will have visitation rights. However, Pitt will secure complete authority over Chateau Miraval after compensating Jolie with a sum of $250 million as a resolution to her claims. Reportedly, Jolie has no desire to retain the winery due to the emotional discomfort associated with being involved in a business centered around alcohol, particularly following her widely publicized altercation with an intoxicated Pitt on a plane in 2016.

A source commented on Pitt’s situation, stating, “Although he has missed out on valuable time with his children, the potential for rebuilding those relationships remains. At least he will have complete ownership of Miraval, allowing him to finally move forward with his life.”
