Maintenance, Renovation Become Regular Features Of Badami Bagh General Bus Stand

LAHORE– Administrator General Bus Stand Badami Bagh Ahmad Raza Butt took another round of all parts of the lorry adda to check maintenance and renovation work on Monday.
Accompanied by his staff, the administrator checked all roads, washrooms, tuck shops and all stands.
During his presence, all roads were made clear of illegal stands and cleanliness was ensured.
Ahmad Raza Butt checked washrooms and directed the contractor to ensure cleanliness and avoid overcharging the customers.
Three buses were impounded in violation of being washed in prohibited area. The administrator also checked ass AC and Non AC bays are checked.
No violation was detected regarding route permits of buses.
During his visit, Butt found some LWMC staff members absent and reported the matter to the LWMC general manager and the manager concerned.
As desilting work is in progress, the administrator talked to Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA)’s director to ensure desilting.
He also checked patchwork being going on and called AMOI to ensure patchwork as work was continuing slowly.
Ahmad Raza Butt also visited tuck shops, checked rates that were higher than the recommended rate list.
He directed the shops owners rates to charge half on each item and display all food items for customers.— LAHORE MIRROR
