LAHORE– The Administrator General Lahore Bus Stands, Ahmad Raza Butt, held meetings with transporters, auto workshop office-bearers, dengue teams and Lahore Waste Management Company teams on Monday to formulate strategy to observe anti-dengue week.
A joint strategy was formulated following anti dengue awareness walk that was led by Mr Butt.
The decisions taken in the meetings were no tyres of auto workshops will be placed open, daily dengue activities will be monitored, transporters will distribute awareness pamphlets in buses, anti dengue messages will be played in buses, and all transporters will fix anti dengue flexes on buses.
At all important points i.e. AC & Non AC bays, sitting halls, drinking water points etc, flexes have been raised.— LAHORE MIRROR
