Six Soldiers Martyred in N Waziristan, Balochistan Laid To Rest With Military Honor
LAHORE MIRROR (Monitoring Desk)– Six martyred soldiers of Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps were laid to rest with military honor in different parts of the country on Sunday.
Ten soldiers had embraced martyrdom in separate attacks in North Waziristan and Balochistan on Saturday.
FC Balochistan soldiers were busy in a combing /sensitisation operation between Hushab and Turbat when they came under attack.
As a result, Captain Aqib, Sepoy Nadir, Sepoy Atif Altaf and Sepoy Hafeezullah embraced martyrdom.
In another incident, terrorists from across the border raided on Pakistan Army’s patrolling party near Gurbaz, North Wazirstan. As a result, Havaldar Khalid, Sepoy Naveed, Sepoy Bachal, Sepoy Ali Raza, Sepoy M Babar and Sepoy Ahsan were martyred.
Frontier Corps Balochistan sepoy Nadir Hussain was laid to rest in Swabi; sepoy Hafeez Ullah was buried in Mastung; sepoy Babar Mirza was laid to rest in Pind Dadan Khan; while sepoy Muhammad Bachal was buried in Kandh Kot.
The funeral prayers of martyred Nadir was offered at his ancestral village Yaqubi which was attended by a large numbers of people including provincial information minister Shaukat Yousafzai, officials from armed forces and social workers.
Sepoy Nadir, 25, was posted in FC Balochistan three years ago. He has left behind father, mother, three sisters and four brothers.
The burial of martyred havaldar Khalid was later performed in Chistian and sepoy Ahsaan in Chakwal.
