LAHORE MIRROR — A vessel carrying 4,000 metric tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from Bahrain arrived at Port Qasim on October 24, as Pakistan faces supply shortages and rising fuel prices.
The vessel, Yellowstone, berthed at 8:42am, and the Port Qasim Authority (PQA) said in a press release on Sunday that port handling of the imported consignment has begun.
The authority said the shipment reflected Port Qasim’s role in meeting the energy requirements of domestic and commercial consumers.
