LAHORE MIRROR — The Lahore High Court (LHC) ordered the release of senior vice president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sher Afzal Marwat.
Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry heard the petition against the detention of Sher Afzal Marwat, in which Khawaja Mohsin Abbas Advocate submitted a reply in the court on behalf of the government.
In the government’s response, it has been said that the notification of the detention of Marwat was issued by the Deputy Commissioner, the petitioners against his detention should refer to the relevant forum, they should first apply to the government against the detention of Marwat, the court will order his detention.
