LAHORE MIRROR — At least seven terrorists were killed while another six got critically injured during an intense exchange of fire between the militants and the security personnel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chitral district, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Sunday.
According to the military’s media wing, the shooting took place in the general area of Ursoon in Chitral district on Saturday.
The army troops effectively engaged terrorists’ location and resultantly, “seven terrorists were killed while another six were critically injured,” read the statement.
The sanitisation of the area was being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area, the army’s information affairs wing added.
