LAHORE MIRROR – Meta’s subsidiary messaging application, WhatsApp, is gearing up to introduce a multi-account feature for Android beta users.
According to a report from WhatsApp Beta Info, this feature will allow users to add additional accounts to a single device through the WhatsApp settings.
This multi-account functionality aims to help users efficiently manage various chats within a single app. It will keep notifications separate for each account and enable users to seamlessly switch between accounts on the same device.
Moreover, the update will include a redesigned Settings interface, providing a more modern and user-friendly experience while navigating through app options.
Furthermore, the report mentions that the profile tab in the chat list will also undergo a redesign, making it easier for users to access the app’s settings.
In a related development, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has unveiled a new WhatsApp application for Mac users, featuring a group calling feature that supports video calls for up to eight participants and audio calls for up to 32 participants simultaneously.
