ACC Reveals Stellar Commentary Lineup for Six-Nation Asia Cup ODI Tournament

LAHORE MIRROR – The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) unveiled an A-List Commentary Panel for the forthcoming 6-nation Asia Cup ODI tournament, set to be co-hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The prestigious commentary lineup comprises esteemed cricket personalities: Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Ramiz Raja, Bazid Khan, and more from Pakistan, alongside India’s Ravi Shastri, Sanjay Manjrekar, Gautam Gambhir, and Irfan Pathan, as well as Deep Dasgupta. Athar Ali Khan representing Bangladesh, Russell Arnold from Sri Lanka, and Scott Styris from New Zealand complete this illustrious assembly.
The riveting 13-match championship, featuring Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal, will adopt a round-robin structure. Pakistan is slated to host 4 matches, while Sri Lanka will set the stage for the remaining 9 encounters.
The action commences on August 30 in Multan with the opener between Pakistan and Nepal. The much-awaited clash between arch-rivals Pakistan and India is scheduled for September 2 in Pallekele. The grand finale is earmarked for September 17 in Colombo.
