Gold Glitters as Prices in Pakistan Surge After Six-Day Slump
LAHORE MIRROR — Gold prices jumped in the bullion markets of the country on Monday after six-day fall.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the 24-carat gold price increased by Rs800 to settle at Rs215,300, while 10-gram price surged by Rs685 to settle at Rs184,585.
The yellow metal also jumped $11 to settle at $1,931 per ounce in the international market. The gold earlier lost Rs7,200 per tola previous week.
