Strict And Effective Strategy Should Be Adopted To Eradicate Corruption: Dharejo

KARACHI– Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has visited Anti-Corruption East Zone Office here on Wednesday. Director Anti-Corruption Shehzad Fazal Abbasi also accompanied by Provincial Minister Jam Ikramullah Dharejo.

On the occasion, Deputy Director East Muhammad Ibrahim Memon also gave a detailed briefing to Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, Provincial Minister for Industries & Commerce and Anti-Corruption & Cooperative Department. He directed them to adopt a strict and effective strategy to eradicate corruption and said that action against corruption should be intensified so that corrupt elements could be discouraged at all levels.

He further said that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari wanted a corruption-free Sindh. Complaints related to corruption should be dealt with seriously and transparently. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo directed the officers not to harass anyone without any reason. If any official of the anti-corruption department is found involved in corruption, strict action will be taken against him. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo also requested the citizens to register their complaints of corruption without fear and danger as only together we can save the province from the menace of corruption.
