LAHORE– Director-General Punjab Emergency Service Dr Rizwan Naseer has signed the regularisation order of 716 contract rescue employees in Phase-III on the recommendations of the scrutiny committee.
A total of 1154 contract rescuer employees have been made permanent in the year 2020. Dr Rizwan Naseer congratulated the 716 rescuers over their regularization. He also appreciated the scrutiny committee whose efforts over four months made permanent all these rescuers.
He made this announcement while signing the regularization order at his office here on Saturday. The member of the scrutiny committee, officers from Rescue Headquarters and Academy were also present. He said that 97 rescuers were regularized in the first phase, 341 in the second phase while 716 made permanent in the third phase.
In his message, DG Rescue Punjab said that I am very happy to announce that about 7000 rescuers have been made permanent since the inception of Rescue 1122. He hoped that all permanent rescuers would serve humanity with more dedication and commitment.
The process of regularization will remain continued. The rescuers who have not been regularized in this phase can file an appeal to his office, DG informed.— PRESS RELEASE
