Working Women And Harassment A Tragedy Of Society!

In our society, we usually ignore women harassment at workplace despite the fact that it’s huge problem. Women always play a vital role in this society. We can see females are playing roles in almost every field, but at the same time they also face so many types of problems, the most common is harassment.
There are many types of harassment, let us look at types of harassment. Personal harassment is the most common types of harassment at work followed by physical harassment and physiological harassment. The physiological harassment is vexatious behaviour that manifests itself in the form of verbal comments action etc.
When we go to work we generally focus on our duty and everyone has certain goals. At work places, many girls face harassment or discrimination. Their employers even tease, torture them physically and mentally.

“You have to do this, otherwise I’ll fire you” is the most common approach by an employer. Basically in other sense it is blackmailing. Nobody knows under which conditions women work.
Why people think to harass women? Is there any mentality sickness or upbringing problems? Some people’s minds filled with nasty thoughts and then they try to harass. They don’t realise the pain and sufferings the girls come across as a result of depression suicides.
How we can protect working women from this? If you’re being harassed at your workplace you have right to defend yourself against this inappropriate and unlawful behaviour.
Only after strong fight and resistance against male harassment, women can see change in the society.
Every woman can work in good environment without any fear only if the government ensure harassment-free working conditions, fair wages, protection form forced labour. Side by side the working women also need to come forward to identify people causing exploitation at workplace.
