Shocking revelations have emerged in the NCCIA corruption scandal involving the agency investigating cybercrime. According to the report, 15 illegal call centers in Rawalpindi were generating 15 million rupees per month. Additional Director Shehzad Haider’s team collected this money through a frontman, Hassan Amir. A total of 120 million rupees were collected from September 2024 to April 2025.

The investigation revealed that Sub-Inspector Bilal had fixed 8 lakh rupees per month for a new call center. A raid was conducted on a call center in Sector F-11, Islamabad, and the deal was finalized by SHO Mian Irfan for 40 million rupees.

Sources said that in May 2025, Aamir Nazir was given command of the Rawalpindi office, and Nadeem Khan was appointed as Deputy Director, with Sarim Ali as Sub-Inspector.

Sources further revealed that Deputy Director Salman Alvi also became part of this team, which continued the extortion of 15 million rupees per month.

Sub-Inspector Sarim appointed his clerk, Mohiuddin, as a frontman. During a raid on a call center in Rawalpindi, 14 Chinese nationals were arrested. According to sources, Sarim, through his frontman, contacted the wife of a Chinese national named Kevin. Pakistani woman Ariba Rubab was married to Kevin.

The woman provided 8 million rupees for her husband’s release, and 12 million rupees were collected for the release of the remaining 13 Chinese nationals. Sarim tortured Ariba’s husband and sent the video to Ariba. An additional 1 million rupees were collected to complete legal formalities. The total amount collected from this raid, 21 million rupees, was distributed.

    • Sarim Ali received 1.7 million

    • Usman Basharat received 1.4 million

    • Zaheer Abbas received 1 million

    • Deputy Director Nadeem took 9.5 million from Usman Basharat’s office

    • Additional Director Aamir Nazir was given 7 million

    • Nadeem kept 2.7 million for himself

According to FIA sources, teams have been formed for the arrest of the accused.
