LAHORE MIRROR — The federal government increased the price of petrol by Rs1.12 per litre and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) by Rs1.11 per litre, effective from Wednesday, August 26, to Thursday, August 27.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Tuesday revised the ex-depot prices of petrol and diesel under the government’s petroleum pricing mechanism.
The price of petrol was increased by Rs1.12 per litre, taking it from Rs341.98 to Rs343.10 per litre.
The price of HSD was raised by Rs1.11 per litre, from Rs370.69 to Rs371.80 per litre.
