LAHORE– A two-day book fair has been started at University of Education Township Lahore.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Tallat Naseer Pasha inaugurated the book fair which was attended by the large number of the faculty members as well as University staff while following Covid-19 SOPs.
On this occasion while talking to media Dr Tallat Naseer Pasha said that we are trying our level best to strengthen the friendship of our students with books because we firmly believe that books are best friends of human being.
He said by reading books we can enlighten our mind and soul so we should try to inculcate habit of book reading in our young generation. More than 20 publishers are participating in the book fair.
The Vice Chancellor appreciated Chief Librarian Dr. Muzamil Tahira for making foul proof arrangements of the book fair under strict covid 19 SOPs.— PRESS RELEASE
