Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench Heard Petition Filed By Syed Khurshid Shah For Keeping Him in NICVD Hospital For 18 Months

SUKKUR– The case of keeping Syed Khursheed Shah in NICVD, hearing on the petition filed in the Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench, the court expressed frustration over keeping Khurshid Shah in hospital continuously, the court directed NAB, NICVD and according to details, the Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench heard the petition filed by Syed Khurshid Ahmad Shah for keeping him in NICVD Hospital for 18 months.

During the hearing, the court remarked that the home department of the Sindh government had declared NICVD as a sub-jail without any reason.

Justice Omar Sial asked the doctor of NICVD which patient is the one whose treatment is not completed in two years. Do you think we are fools by throwing dust in our eyes? The court told the NAB prosecutor that the role of NAB is unique. NAB arrests people and humiliates them for two years.

NAB court sent him to jail. Now we have nothing to do with him. The court issued notice to the Chief Secretary Sindh, DG NAB Sukkur, in-charge of NICVD, and directed the concerned authorities to submit a satisfactory reply at the next hearing, otherwise the Chief Minister Sindh, NICVD In-charge, DG NAB can be summoned, the court adjourned the hearing till July 8.
