Lahore’s District Admn Leases Out 22 Petrol Pumps For Five Years

LAHORE MIRROR REPORT– The District Administration Lahore has leased out 22 petrol pumps for five years and the successful bidder would have to submit collectively three years amount in advance.

The pumps which were earlier generating annually revenue of only Rs386,711 only now will produce Rs403.45 million annually after the auction of 22 pumps by the district administration held at LDA Community Center on the direction of apex Supreme Court of Pakistan.

As per details issued by the district administration on Saturday, one Mr Rana Akhtar gave the highest bid of Rs32 million annually for Liaqat Ali Petrolieum GT Road Shahdara. Earlier, the same pump was on rent of only Rs6,800 annually.

Similarly, Mr Kizar gave highest bid of Rs8.9 million for Liaqat Ali Sheikh Kanan Petroleum Qilla Gujjar Singh and the same was on Rs2,000 yearly.

Mr Waqas Ahmed declared the highest bid of Rs46. 65 million for Walton Gasoline Walton Road Lahore and earlier it was on Rs6,995 rupees yearly.

Mr. Aurangzeb gave the highest bid of Rs13.7 million for Raees Ahmed Qureshi Petroleum Shadman Colony earlier it was only on Rs5,700 rupees yearly.

Mr. Mazahar announced the highest the bid of Rs17.25 million annually for Insaf Motors Qilla Gujjar Singh and earlier it was generating Rs19,666 rupees annually. Mr. Faseeh gave the highest bid of Rs15.75 million yearly for Elahi Filling Station Railway Station Lahore whereas it was on Rs42,500 rupees yearly.

Mr. Tariq gave the highest bid of Rs11.6 million yearly for Syed CNG near Chung Police Station and earlier there was no record of its lease. Mr. Faseeh announced the highest bid of Rs12.45 million for Aziz Filling Station Lower Mall and earlier it was only on Rs540 rupees per year.

Mr Nizam ud din gave the highest bid of Rs9.5 million for Sultan Bahoo Filling Station Meclord Road Lahore where as it was previously on Rs3,492 rupees yearly.

Mr Kizar announced the highest bid of Rs5.6 million for Shaheen Filling Station near Railway Station and earlier it was on Rs2,400 rupees per year. Mr. Imran gave the highest bid of Rs14.65 million annually for Garden Service Station Shalimar Garden Lahore and earlier it was on Rs1,050 rupees per year.

Mr Atif gave the highest bid of Rs38.3 million for Sheranwala Filling Station and earlier it was on Rs1,560 rupees only per year. Ms. Mehreen Bibi gave the highest bid of Rs18.05 million for Sabri Filling Station Muri Gate Lahore and earlier it was on Rs3,600 rupees per year.

Mr Nadeem gave the highest bid of Rs20.05 million per year for Mian Latif Brorhers Chburji Lahore and previously it was on Rs3,600 rupees per year. Mr. Maqsood gave the highest bid of Rs12.6 million for Aziz Filling Station Shimla Hills Lahore and earlier it was on 8208 rupees yearly.

Mr Zahid declared the highest bid of Rs28.3 million for Aero Head Petrol Pump Wadat Road Lahore and previously it was Rs6,600 rupees per year.

Mr Awais gave the highest bid of 28 million for Mian Brothers Petrol Pump Sikandria Colony and previously it was on Rs6,000 rupees only for a year.

Mr Nizam gave the highest bid of 10.6 million for Khan & Co Petrol Pump General Truck Stand Ravi Link previously it was on Rs6,000 rupees only per year.

Mr Nadeem gave the highest bid of Rs25.55 million per year for High Way Traders Grand Station Bahawal House Pump previously it was on Rs85,000 rupees only for a year.

Mr Shoib gave the highest bid of Rs10.85 million for Data Gunj Bux Town Petroleum Multan Road Lahore and previously it was on Rs85,000 rupees only for a year.

Mr Rizwan gave the highest bid of Rs12.5 million for Gujrat Filling Station Grand Battery Stop and previously it was on Rs90,000 for a year and Mr Saeed gave the highest bid of Rs10.4 million yearly for Babar Filling Station GT Road Lahore.

Later, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Ms Saleha Saeed briefed about the auction process, saying auction was transparent and fair while total 112 persons participated in the auction process.–PRESS RELEASE
