LAHORE MIRROR — The government has increased the price of petrol by Rs1.82 per litre to Rs396.65, while reducing the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by 91 paisa to Rs394.94 per litre, effective October 8, 2026.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) revised the ex-depot prices of petroleum products under the government’s petroleum pricing mechanism, according to the Petroleum Division.
It added that petroleum product prices were revised in line with changes in international market prices, Platts rates, premiums and other related costs.
The revised prices will remain effective from October 8, 2026, under the government’s petroleum pricing mechanism.
